Terms of ServiceDelivery terms:
1. Shipping from USA/UK/EU warehouses: via USPS or Expedited Shipping or British Royal Mail. Time frame is usually 10-15 days.
2. Shipping from China : via Economy Shipping by China E Packet, Registered First Class AirMail by China Post. Time frame is usually 15 to 30 days.
3. Shipping from Singapore : via Registered First Class AirMail by Singapore Post. Time frame is usually 10 to 20 days.
4. Shipping by DHL: 5-8 days. Only available for 1 item - 3in1 Ultrasonic EMS Infrared Massager - Gift Set

*Due to Covid-19 impact on businesses, our logistics partners have advised that delays can be expected due to lesser availability of flights out of the exporting countries, backlog of orders and customs. Conditions are improving with the gradual re-opening of businesses; however, some delays can still be expected. We have selected the most reliable and efficient shipping service providers for all our customer shipments to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
Tracking: We will provide free tracking.
It is our policy to check all items for quality before shipped and this include the condition of the retail box/packaging.
If merchandise is defective on arrival, please contact us immediately, Buyers have 5 days to contact us and 15 days to return it from the date item was received for a one to one exchange depending on the circumstances. Generally if merchandise is defective, we request buyers to first take pictures and in case of electrical appliances including smart watches especially, to also take videos showing clearly the merchandise is not working and email these to us for our review. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and with all accompanying manuals and accessories. Buyers will be responsible for the return shipping fees which include tracking, to return the merchandise. Please contact us for the return address before returning the defective merchandise. Buyers will also need to inform us the tracking number. We will send a brand new replacement item after we receive and check the returned item.
We advise that we have a policy of no refunds. However, any refund request can be considered on a case by case basis. Refunds, if approved, will require the buyer to return the merchandise in its original packaging and condition and with all accompanying manuals and accessories. Refund amount is generally up to 75% of the item purchase price as we have to cover administrative and other selling costs.
We advise customers not to cancel their orders as we have a policy of processing all orders within 2-4 days. If, in the event, we are not able to ship your item within the next 7 days, we will email you to inform you of the delay. We will offer you a goodwill discount of 3% to 5% of the item's value. In the event you like a order cancellation and provided your item is not shipped, we may charge a US$5 cancellation fee to cover admin costs. However, please note that if your item is already shipped, we will not be able to accept any request for cancellation.
