Yes. Bulk orders are minimum 10 quantity for each product. Do enquire for discounts. We will provide a coupon or discount code.
Delivery is usually by Standard Economy Shipping from China. Via E-Packet or China Post. If merchandise are available from USA and UK warehouses, we provide Priority Express Shipping by our appointed logistics companies in these countries. All deliveries are provided free tracking.
Priority Shipping deliver packages directly to the United States and the United Kingdom. This service is faster than Normal Registered Airmail and Economy Shipping by about 7 to 10 days, depending on your country.
Delivery times range from 10 to 30 days for Economy Shipping or 7 to 15 days for Express Shipping. (Time exclude our processing/order taking and fulfilment time. We want you to love our products as much as we do. All items we ship will go through Quality Control checks)
Please allow up to 7 days more if there are prolonged public holidays in the country of manufacture.

All items are checked for quality before shipped.
All products are pre-checked for quality and properly packaged before they are shipped. If merchandise is defective on arrival, please contact us immediately. Buyers have 5 days to contact us and 15 days to return it from the date item was received for a one to one exchange depending on the circumstances. Generally if merchandise is defective, we request buyers to first take photos of the front and back of the packaging envelope and indicate the order number and shipping number found on the shipping package, photos of the defective item and video showing the malfunction of the defective item. In case of electrical appliances which include smart watches and activity trackers and health massagers, especially, a video is helpful showing in what way the merchandise is not working. Ideally, the photos/videos have to be clear and focused, taken under good lighting conditions, and taken at close and medium distance. Defective merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and with all accompanying manuals and accessories.
Buyers will be responsible for return shipping and tracking fees to return the merchandise. Please contact us for the return address before returning the defective merchandise. Buyers will also need to inform us the tracking number when returning the defective merchandise.
We will send a brand new replacement item after we receive and verify your return item. Please note we are required to return merchandise to our suppliers' technical team for their inspection. The return process can take up to 2 weeks.
We advise that we do not offer refunds except in cases where the suppliers agree to a corresponding refund. Please note not all suppliers will accept a refund solution. Any refund will be on a case by case basis.
Buyers are advised that if they consider the return cost to be not cost effective, they can agree the refund price with us which is expected to be up to 70%-75% of the purchase price. The deduction is to offset incidental selling and administrative charges and any priority or expedited shipping costs.
Our return and refund policy is aligned with the return policies and conditions of our suppliers and we adhere to.
Please note, returns apply to defective items only.
We advise customers not to cancel their orders as we have a policy of processing all orders within 4 days. If, in the event, we are not able to ship your item within the next 7 days, we will email you explaining the circumstances and informing you of the delay. Usually the delay is due to delay in the delivery by our suppliers. In such cases, we will offer you a goodwill discount of between 5% to 10% of the item's value. If you like a cancellation then, you may let us know. An order cancellation of US$5 or up to 10% of the item's cost may apply to cover administration costs. However, please note, that if your item is already shipped, we will not be able to cancel.
Sometimes it can happen that when we send you the email, your item is being shipped. It happen because your order has already been processed for shipment and in the queue. Once stock is available, your order automatically gets shipped. Order cancellation will not be possible in this case.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. We respect your privacy. We will not knowingly pass on any details we hold on customers or web site visitors to any third parties. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described here. We will request for your contact telephone number solely for purpose of (ensuring safer and more efficient) delivery. Most times we ship by Air Mail Registered and by shipping companies or small parcel couriers; these require your signature as the recipient.
If you prefer not to provide us your phone number, that is fine, we will just put ours. Just drop us a note when ordering. Before we process your order, we normally send out 1-2 emails for requesting your contact number.
We ship either by Air Mail Registered or via reputable shipping/logistics services. All items, once they arrive in your country, can also be tracked via https://www.usps.com; https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item and https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/.
Most times, the expected delivery time frame is between 8 to 15 business days for Priority Shipping and between 15 to 35 business days for Air Mail Registered. Priority Shipping is a special postal service to deliver packages directly to the United States and the United Kingdom and include shipments from our USA and UK warehouses when stocks are available. This service is faster than Normal Registered Airmail and generally requires the customer's phone number.
We will do our best to arrange for Priority Shipping at no extra cost.. But there are some items which we are not able to provide priority shipping.

Due to Covid-19 impact on businesses, our logistics partners have advised that delays can be expected due to lesser availability of flights out of the exporting countries, backlog of orders and at customs. Although conditions are improving with the gradual re-opening of businesses in most, if not all countries, we think some delays can still be expected. We have selected the most reliable and efficient shipping service providers for all our shipments to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
If in the event the product is defective, please inform us immediately and within 3 days after delivery. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
We offer 1 for 1 replacement for verified DOA and for defectives. However, the merchandise has to be returned to us so we can return the same to our suppliers for their verification. Return shipping charges including tracking & insurance is borne by the customer.
